What is the difference between GoBalance Sport and GoBalance Play?

Play is made of plastic and is built around games for all ages and families, and supports up to 330 lb. Sport is made of wood, is built for advanced balance training and fitness routines, and supports up to 450 lb.

How much weight does it take?

The Sport board is sturdy wood and supports up to 450 lb, about 200 kg.

Can you make it harder or easier?

Yes. The inflatable cushion that comes with it sets the difficulty, and the board can also be placed on another balance element such as a Bosu.

What battery does it use?

A standard CR2032 lithium battery, good for roughly 200 hours of play, and it is user-replaceable.

Where can I use it?

Anywhere. It is light and portable, and it connects to any phone, tablet or TV.
